Launched more than 30 years ago as the first spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology FhG ILT, Aachen, RJ Lasertechnik GmbH was one of the pioneers of industrial laser processing.
Today, we are active in three business areas: manufacturing, clean room process technology and laser system construction. RJ Lasertechnik manufactures for medium-sized companies as well as for international corporations at home and abroad.
Our industry focus ranges from semiconductor technology, mechanical and plant engineering, medical, measurement and control technology and laser optics to aerospace.

Our laser manufactory is equipped with state-of-the-art processing machines and offers you the entire spectrum of precision processing of a wide variety of metals and metal compounds.

Lasertechnik specializes in precision laser cutting, precision laser welding,
precision laser drilling, precision
laser marking and assembly production. We guarantee the highest standards through a multi-stage quality
assurance system.
Clean room technology
At the beginning of 2019, we put a class 8 cleanroom into operation, in which we can manufacture sensitive components with high cleanliness and particle purity requirements.
Eleven laser welding machines
are currently in use in our clean room production, working
in three shifts. In addition
to material processing, we carry out extensive quality controls and assembly work in the clean room.
Laser system construction
Customized solutions are often indispensable when it comes to complex manufacturing processes. We have been developing and manufacturing individual laser systems for industrial series production for more than three decades.
